Dhanuka Agritech Ltd Board to consider Buyback of Equity Shares alongwith Q1 results

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd ("Board") is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2020, to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The Board of Directors of the Company, in the meeting scheduled to be held on July 22, 2020, would also consider and evaluate the proposal for Buyback of its fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company and other related matters.

The Trading Window of the Company is already closed from June 30, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2020.
