VLS Finance Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of directors of VLS Finance Ltd has recommended a dividend @15% i.e. INR 1.50/- per equity share on the face value of INR 10/-per share, for the financial year 2019-2020, subject to approval of members in the next Annual General Meeting.
