Munjal Showa Ltd board recommend final dividend of Rs. 4.50 for FY20

The board of directors of Munjal Showa Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend subject to approval of members @ 225% viz. INR 4.50 per equity share of INR 2/- each for the financial year 2019-20. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
