TVS Motor - Q2 results on Oct 25, 2006

TVS Motor Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2006, inter alia, to consider the financial results (limited reviewed) of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) & also for the purpose of considering declaration of interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, October 30, 2006 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of interim dividend, if declared.

The dividend if declared, at this meeting will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 04, 2006.
