YUKEN India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The Board of Directors of YUKEN India Ltd have recommended dividend of 6% (Six percent) i.e Rs. 0.60 (Sixty Paisa only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2020, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
