Lumax Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Lumax Industries Ltd, at their Meeting held on June 18, 2020, through video conferencing has considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share (i.e. 60%) of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2019-20 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval / declaration.
