Bayer CropScience Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 90 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of Bayer CropScience Limited at its meeting via video conferencing held today i.e. June 12, 2020 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 90/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The said Interim Dividend will be paid to the eligible members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record date i.e. Wednesday, June 24, 2020 electronically through Bank transfer on Friday, July 10, 2020. In case of shareholders who have not registered their bank mandate with the Company, the physical dividend warrant / cheques will be dispatched to their registered addresses once the printing and postal services are resumed.

Shares of BAYER CROPSCIENCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5305 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5374.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1266 in over 553 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5510 and intraday low of 5280.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6798894.
