Sal Automotive Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 3.5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Sal Automotive Ltd at its meeting held on June 08, 2020, have recommended an Equity Dividend of 35% (Rs. 3.5 per share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. The dividend, if declared by the members of the Company will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
