VE Commercial Vehicles announces sales for May 2020

In accordance with the directives of the Government and relaxations of lockdown in the country owing to COVID-19 pandemic, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. commenced lean operations across all plants in the month of May. As per government and administrative guidelines for the phased opening of the lockdown, many of the VECV's suppliers and dealerships have also resumed their services.

During this partial lockdown, VECV has reported sales of 686 vehicles in domestic and export for the month of May 2020.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16963.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16555.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11599 in over 4318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17400 and intraday low of 16827. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 198705237.
