Nandan Denim launches new range of fashion protective denim

Nandan Denim Limited, the Ahmedabad-based Company having fully integrated production facility from manufacturing of yarn to finished fabric under one roof, has launched a new range of fashion protective denim for 'new normal life' after COVID-19. The new fabric is anti-virus and anti-bacterial treated, and also provides protection from COVID-19 virus to major extent.

Mr. Deepak Chiripal, CEO, said that "After a long battle with COVID-19 virus, life and businesses will soon be back to normal. But we predict it will be a 'new normal life', where individuals will be more conscious about health, hygiene and safety. 'Sustainability' will be more focused on human angle than environmental aspects in the short term, till we completely come out of the COVID-19 fear."

Nandan Denim is taking a lead role not only in social responsibility but also in innovation to make people feel more protected and secured in this 'new normal life'. The latest collection of anti-bacterial and anti-virus treated denim shall also give protection from COVID-19 virus to major extent.

Mr. Chiripal further said that "At Nandan, we are not looking at these protective denims just as a business opportunity, but as a contribution to mankind by providing a tool to protect human health and 'feeling safe'."

The virus-protected denim come in all kinds, including top weight, bottom weight, ladies' and men's categories.

Shares of Nandan Denim Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32 in over 10 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.35 and intraday low of 14. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 449.
