NCL Industries allots 3333400 Warrants on preferential basis

NCL Industries Ltd has announced that the authorised sub-committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 17, 2008, allotted 33,33,400 Warrants on a preferential basis to the Promoters / Promoter group pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders.
