Logix Microsystems cancels warrants issue

Logix Microsystems Ltd has with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 07, 2008, that the Company has proposed to issue 220000 warrants to promoters and strategic investors. Based on the request of warrants applicants the Board has cancelled the proposal of issue of the above said warrants.
