PEARL Polymers allots 585277 shares to IDBI

PEARL Polymers Ltd has announced that the Finance Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2008, has allotted 585277 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- per share, fully paid up @ Rs 20.83/- on preferential allotment basis to Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd.
