IRCTC shares to list on Monday - October 14, 2019

Effective from Monday, October 14, 2019, the equity shares of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of 'B' Group of Securities.

The company recently concluded its IPO and issued shares at a price of Rs. 320/-* per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 310/-)

*Retail Discount of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share to the Offer Price was offered to the Retail Individual Bidders and Employee Discount of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share to the Offer Price was offered to the Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion.
