Wipro to announce Q2 results on Oct 18, 2006

Wipro Ltd has announced that the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2006 and October 18, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the accounts for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006 (Q2). However, the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on October 18, 2006 (morning).
