Castor Investments Limited, part of promoter group of Spencers Retail Ltd has purchased 1,40,000 equity shares of the company through market purchase on August 22, 2019 for a total consideration of Rs. 97,91,245.00.

With this acquisition, the promoter group entity has increased its stake from 10,52,614 equity shares (1.32%) to 11,92,614 equity shares (1.50%).
