Kishorechand Talwar increases stake in Rexnord Electronics to 47.61%

Kishorechand Talwar, Director of Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd has bought 4,21,454 equity shares of the company through market purchase on August 21, 2019. The shares were bought for a total consideration of Rs. 1,01,14,896.00.

With this transaction, his stake in the company has increased from 48,92,000 equity shares or 43.84% to 53,13,454 equity shares or 47.61%.
