Shrenuj & Company AGM approves 35% dividend

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 35% i.e. Re 0.70 (Paise Seventy only) per share on equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2006.
