CMM Broadcasting to market air-time on Aastha from November 1

CMM Broadcasting Network Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Sahara One Media & Entertainment Ltd and the Company have mutually agreed to conclude the Advertisement Sales Agreement executed on March 31, 2006. The Agreement will come to an end with effect from November 01, 2006, after which air-time on Aastha will be marketed by the Company independently.
