ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company allots 6000 shares

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 6,000 (Six Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 8, 2019 to the Employee of the Company who had exercised his Options under ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005.

The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.
