Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd allots 8000 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd at its meeting held today has allotted 8,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to 'KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017'.

Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from '137,649,041 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 688,245,205' to '137,657,041 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 688,285,205'.

Shares of KIRLOSKAR FERROUS INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.84.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10871 in over 96 trades.
