Marquee names lap up QIP of Godrej Properties Ltd

The QIP committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd ("QIP Committee") at its meeting held on June 29, 2019, approved the issue and allotment of 2,26,29,310 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 5 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers at the issue price of Rs. 928, aggregating to Rs. 2,100 crore, pursuant to the Issue.

The Issue opened on June 25, 2019 and closed on June 28, 2019 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated June 25, 2019 and June 28, 2019 respectively.

Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund - 37,61,453 shares (16.62% of total issue size)

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,14,69,70,380 consisting of 22,93,94,076 Equity Shares to Rs. 1,26,01,16,930 consisting of 25,20,23,386 Equity Shares of face value, 5 each.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1003.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1000.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79291 in over 1663 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1014 and intraday low of 979.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 78852832.
