Federal Bank MD and CEO's shares sold in market due to margin call

Consequent to a margin call on credit facilities, availed by Mr. Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO of Federal Bank Ltd, to buy ESOS shares allotted to him, two lakh shares of the Bank held by him have been sold in this regard.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.76.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 530273 in over 1430 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.8 and intraday low of 74.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40183505.
