Super Tannery Calls for EGM on Mar 01, 2008

Super Tannery India Ltd has announced that an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 01, 2008 to transact the business of sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 10/- per share to Rs 2/- per share & Amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
