IDBI to sign Tripartite MOU with Federal Bank & Fortis Insurance International

Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) has announced that a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is proposed to be signed on July 11, 2006 at Kochi between the Bank, Federal Bank Ltd and Fortis Insurance International N V with a view to setting up a joint venture for conducting Life Insurance business in India.
