Vivimed Labs AGM approves increase in share capital

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, inter alia, have approved the increase in Authorized Share capital of the Company from Rs 11,00,00,000/- divided into 1,10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to 15,00,00,000/- divided into 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- & consequential alteration in Clause V of Memorandum of Association and Article 3 of Articles of Association of the Company.
