DCB Bank allots 1,36,900 shares

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 1,36,900 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on March 27, 2019, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank.

Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,95,46,898 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.199.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66576 in over 429 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200 and intraday low of 195.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13173925.
