Mastek Ltd allots 30242 shares

At the meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of Mastek Ltd, held today - March 27, 2019, has approved and allotted 30,242 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who had exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOPs). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,39,72,803 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,98,64,015/-

Shares of MASTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.421.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 415.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11815 in over 577 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 423.75 and intraday low of 410. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4916774.
