The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd at its meeting held on 25th March 2019 has approved grant of 1,83,117 stock options to Dr. Emmanuel Rupert, Managing Director & Group CEO of the Company effective 25 March 2019 under the Narayana Hrudayalaya Employees Stock Option Plan, 2015 "NH ESOP 2015" at an exercise price of Rs. 10 per option.
