Cipla Ltd allots 2218 shares

The Operations and Administrative Committee of Cipla Ltd on 19th March, 2019 has allotted 2,218 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise ofthe stock options by the option grantee under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A of the Company.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,61,14,02,532 comprising of 80,57,01,266 equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each.
