Minaxi Textiles Ltd AGM approves 7% dividend

Minaxi Textiles Ltd has announced that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 7% on Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs 0.70 per Equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2006.
