Kanchan International AGM approves 10% dividend

Kanchan International Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declared Dividend @10% out of the current profit for the year 2005-2006.
