Shivalik Bimetal AGM approves 12.5% dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 05, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 12.50% i.e. Re 0.25 per Equity Share on the Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2006, apart from the Interim Dividend paid @ 12.50 % i.e. Rs 0.25 per Equity Share already paid.
