Praj Industries Board to consider interim dividend

Praj Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 14, 2006, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the half year ended September 30, 2006 and to consider the proposal to declare interim dividend for the year 2006-07.
