Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Allotment of equity shares to promoters upon conversion of warrants into equity shares.

2. Fresh Preferential Issue of convertible warrants to Promoters & other Persons.
