Tata Steel Ltd has announced that the Company has noted the recent media speculation surrounding Corus Group Plc, UK. ('Corus'). Given recent industry consolidation, the Company is reviewing various opportunities, including Corus. However, there can be no certainty that an approach will be made and if made that it will result in an offer.
