HB Portfolio AGM approves 15% dividend

HB Portfolio Ltd has announced that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 15% on the paid up Equity shares.

For enabling portfolio investments for Foreign Institutional Investors under FEMA up to the applicable sectoral cap.
