Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 40% absorbing Rs 2520 million (inclusive of 30% interim dividend already paid) out of the current profits of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
