Oriental Hotels updates on Outcome of AGM

With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 30, 2006, regarding Outcome of AGM, Oriental Hotels Ltd has announced that the earlier announcement be ignored. Further the Company has informed that the following be taken as Outcome of the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006.

The members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the payment of Dividend at the rate of Rs 7.50/- per share (75%) for the full year on Equity shares, for the year ended March 31, 2006.
