Ind Bank Housing to delist from Madras Stock Exchange

nd Bank Housing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has decided to delist the Company's equity shares from Madras Stock Exchange and the shareholders also approved the delisting by way of passing special resolution at the general meeting held on August 31, 2006.
