AXIS Bank allots 65300 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 65,300 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 3rd December 2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,96,10,972 (256,98,05,486 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,97,41,572 (256,98,70,786 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.625.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 630.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 622176 in over 4781 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 634.9 and intraday low of 623.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 389928704.
