Todays Writing AGM approves 10% dividend

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 10% per equity share of Rs 10/- each on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2005.
