Info Edge India Ltd allots 2 lakh shares

Pursuant to the authorization given by the Board, the Committee of Executive Directors at its meeting held today i.e. October 16, 2018 has approved the allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the Info Edge Employee Stock Option Plan Trust at Rs. 10/- per share. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,219,161,590 (121,916,159 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,221,161,590 (122,116,159 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1511.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1485.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2751 in over 448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1575 and intraday low of 1510. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4225640.
