IBP Company equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

IBP Company Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company at the meeting convened & held pursuant to order of the Hon´ble Ministry of Company Affairs held on June 29, 2006, have approved the merger of the Company (a subsidiary of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd) with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
