Prajay Engineers Updates on Allotment of equity shares on conversion of warrants

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 01, 2008, regarding allotment of equity shares on conversion of warrants, Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has now announced that in the said announcement the total No. of shares allotted should be read as "2,57,740" instead of "2,84,346".
