IDFC Bank Ltd allots 4350 shares

The Allotment, Transfer & Routine Matters Committee of IDFC Bank Limited ('the Bank') met today and allotted 4,350 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each to the employees in terms of IDFC Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 (IDFC Bank ESOS-2015) and pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Bank at their meeting held on July 27, 2016. Further, IDFC Bank ESOS-2015 is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs.204,312.

Post the aforesaid allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Bank now stands at 3,404,111,422 equity shares of Rs.10 each, aggregating to Rs.34,041,114,220.

Shares of IDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.38.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 534125 in over 1427 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.35 and intraday low of 38.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20723802.
