AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 76,450 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 11.06.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,56,56,772 (256,78,28,386 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,09,672 (256,79,04,836 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
