The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ortel Communications Ltd has, at its meeting held on today, May 22, 2018, allotted 25,00,000 Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.35/- (Rupees Thirty Five Only) per share including a premium of Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) per share aggregating upto Rs.8,75,00,000.
