Himachal Futuristic allots Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs at Rs.26.45

Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has announced that on October 03, 2006, the Company converted balance 10, Series 'B' unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (Series 'B' FCCBs) of US$ 100,000 each into 16,86,200 Equity Shares at the price of Rs 26.45 per share.

Therefore, the issued and subscribed capital of the Company has now been increased by 16,86,200 Equity Shares and stands at 42,93,04,097 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.
