Arshiya International allots equity shares to QIBs

Arshiya International Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2007 has approved the allotment of 1,12,90,322 Equity Shares at a price of Rs 310/- per share (face value of Rs 2/- each of the said Equity Shares at a premium of Rs 308/-) pursuant to Chapter XIII-A of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (QIP).
